SGS and IDESS Interactive Technologies have combined their
expertise to develop an online E-Learning system providing
access to training modules in the field of LNG Operations (Sea Transport).
|
The seven modules cover:
- Introduction to the Properties of LNG
- Gas Tankers
- Basic LNG Safety
- Safety - Action in the event of fire or breach
- Cargo Handling Systems and Operations
- Custody Transfer Measurement
- Voyage

Trainees learn at their own pace. anywhere, any time, wherever
there is an internet connection. They can repeat modules as
often as they wish, and fit the learning experience into their
own schedule.
|
The E-learning sytem provides HR and Training Mangement
with a record keeping facility that tracks progress, learning outcomes and final
assessment results. Upon successful completion of each module and final assessment,
the system will generate certificates for each trainee.
